When one thinks of Palm Beach, one thinks either of the early years of Henry Flagler, with culture, leisure and luxury, or today, with the vibrant downtown and environs, home to growing technology and service companies, expanding businesses and westward and northward development. At Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs’s West Palm Beach office, we have a foot in both of these worlds.

In West Palm, we are moving up, to our new offices on the 20th floor of the Northbridge Center, overlooking downtown, the island of Palm Beach, and the wide expanse of the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Our clients now share our view from the top. We have grown, adding lawyers and paralegals in labor and employment, litigation and trusts and estates practices, and augmenting our existing strengths in complex commercial and family litigation.

In coordination with our Boca Raton office, we now have a fully integrated operation in South Florida, serving Buckingham’s clients throughout the nation. We have demonstrated competence and experience in core practice areas of commercial litigation, including the fields of construction, real estate and intellectual property, labor and employment, as well as family law, and probate litigation. Also, we are heavily involved in transactions and advice to companies, institutions and individuals in trusts & estates, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, corporate and business affairs, and real estate matters representing developers, commercial property owners, construction companies and individual investors.

Buckingham has deep roots in Palm Beach County and the South Florida community. Our lawyers advise private and public sector clients in numerous fields of endeavor.
